You as the buyer understand that:
• Our cornhole bags on this website are premium cornhole bags and to be used on premium boards, because of the delicate fabrics used on these types of bags they are prone to snags on boards that are not coated correctly. Some of the fabrics don’t like heat, please do not boil or put in the dryer with heat.
• Refunds will not be accepted for surface snags, because it will not effect the play of the bag. We will replace any bag that has broken through on the seam, up to 90 days after purchase with order number and proof of purchase. Only to the original buyer of the bags.
Our policy is 30 days.
If 30 days has gone by since the purchase of any items on our website has been shipped and received by you, then unfortunately we cannot offer you any refunds or exchanges after that point.
Once 30 days is up there will be no refunds, no partial refunds and no store credit granted.
If there is any problem that was caused by a manufacturing error such as seams opening on bags then we will replace that bag at no additional cost within 90 days of your purchase. This is only for the original buyer, not a new owner of any bags purchased from somebody else who purchased from us.
ANY canceled orders before shipped will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 80% will be refunded once the customer has been notified and acknowledges that is what they would like to do.
ANY return requests within 30 days that are due to unwanted items will be subject to a 50% restocking fee and the customer must pay for their shipping cost to send back to us. The item MUST be in the exact same shape and brand new or NO refund will be given and we will send the item back to the customer at the customers cost.
if the customer will not pay to send back bags that we deem as used or not in the same shape as they were sent then after 30 days they will no longer belong to the customer and be our property again.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first. You will not get anywhere that way.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your XLevel Cornhole account with us or credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with us then check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded! NO refunds on sale items. Sorry.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. There will be a 60 day period for this warranty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should contact us for where to ship your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing proper shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you have any issues with the shipping service you use then that is between you and them if we do not receive your return.
